Meet your Speakers, Nathan Schwarz and Teresa Stanley
Nathan leads the Deloitte Turnaround & Restructuring team in Adelaide and is Deputy President of the SA/NT Divisional Advisory Committee. He has extensive experience advising underperforming and distressed businesses in turnaround, restructuring and insolvency matters. He also regularly undertakes formal restructuring and insolvency appointments.
Nathan is an internationally accredited forensic accountant and also briefly practiced as solicitor, working in a firm specialising in capital raising, ASX compliance, project finance and M & A, which gives added perspective to his work.
Teresa is a member of Deloitte's Turnaround and Restructuring Team and has worked in insolvency for over nine years. She has experience over a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, dairy farms, retail and service industries, and port operations. Teresa specialises in mid-market insolvency.
