Meet your speaker: Scott Eustace, Partner Hickey Lawyers
Scott is a Partner in and leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at Hickey Lawyers, one of the largest firms on the Gold Coast.
Scott has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Business (Distinction), and a Master of Laws. Scott is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation and a Nationally Accredited Mediator. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Scott has over 25 years’ experience in commercial litigation and insolvency. He specialises in real property, construction, employment, and insolvency disputes.
