Vivienne Derwent – V-Nutri Fitness & Nutrition

The festive season is a tricky time for our health and well-being. That’s why we invited our second presenter, Vivienne Derwent, who has a wealth of knowledge in all things health, having had 28 years in this field. She has spent most of her working life in the sector, in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Australia, as a tutor, presenter, personal trainer, yoga/pilates teacher and group fitness instructor.
She founded her company, V’Nutri, in 2017, adding clinical nutrition to her other skills. Vivienne is passionate about health and well-being, and the mantra she teaches & says every day to her clients and herself is: ‘We all have the potential to become younger, stronger, fitter, better, healthier and wealthier versions of ourselves as we get older’ – and today she’s going to share some of the secrets to making that happen, even in the lead up to Christmas!

As a thought leader in Optimising Outcomes, through some personal challenges that just pre-dated the pandemic, she had to apply her principles to her own business as well as those of her clients. She specialises in creating “best possible” results for Professional Services firms. Using practical psychology based on her BA(Psych), Helen works with business owner and their teams improving their systems, people and processes to deliver better outcomes.
